Flight Compensation Service: We Run the Claim from Filing to Payout

You were delayed, cancelled or bumped, you know you have a claim — but you have no time for the airline's form maze, its template rejections and the inevitable "extraordinary circumstances" reply. Our flight compensation service takes over at exactly that point: we assess your file for free, submit a legally reasoned claim to the airline and, if it refuses, take the case to the regulator and the courts on your behalf. No win, no fee.

Why not just claim yourself?

You can, and sometimes it works. But airlines reject most individual claims in the first round with a standard excuse, most passengers give up after that, and the airlines know it. With us:

  • Evidence from flight data: we check actual departure and arrival times, other flights from the same airport that day and weather records, and document whether the "weather" or "ATC" excuse is true.
  • A claim in legal language: citing the regulation and the case law (Sturgeon, Folkerts, van der Lans) — a template rejection becomes much harder.
  • We keep going after a refusal: regulator complaint, consumer arbitration or court. Court costs and lawyers' fees are our risk, not yours.
  • One point of contact: we deal with the airline's call centre, forms and e-mails; you follow your file on the claim tracking page.

The process step by step

  1. Claim (2 minutes): enter flight number, date and what happened in the claim form; attach your boarding pass or booking confirmation.
  2. Free assessment (48 hours): we verify the flight and the cause and tell you whether you have a claim and the estimated amount. If there is no claim, we say so plainly.
  3. Authorisation and claim to the airline: you sign the authorisation digitally; we submit the legally reasoned demand.
  4. Airline response (4–10 weeks): a large share of files is paid at this stage.
  5. Legal route if needed (3–12 months): regulator complaint and court proceedings — still at no extra charge to you.
  6. Payout: the compensation is transferred to your account; our fee is deducted only from the amount recovered, at the rate stated in the agreement.

How the fee works

Filing, assessment and follow-up are free. Our fee is charged only when compensation is actually collected, as a percentage of the amount recovered stated in the agreement; the rate does not change if the case goes to court. If the airline refuses and the legal route also fails, you owe nothing — costs and risk are ours. The agreement is available under terms and conditions.

How far back can you claim?

Turkey's general limitation period is 10 years (2 years for some Montreal Convention damage claims). In the EU it depends on national law: Germany 3 years, the UK 6, France 5, Italy and Spain 2. If you still have your flight details, it is worth claiming for older flights; we flag any time-bar risk in the assessment.

Frequently asked questions

I threw away my boarding pass.

A booking reference, ticket e-mail or card statement is enough to show you were a passenger; we obtain the flight data ourselves.

The airline already gave me a voucher.

A voucher issued without your written consent does not replace statutory compensation; the cash difference can be claimed. Send us what you accepted and we will review it.

Is one claim enough for my family?

Each passenger receives compensation separately; add all travellers to a single form. Parents claim for children under 18.

What if the airline is insolvent?

The claim survives but is rarely collectable; a card chargeback or travel insurance is the realistic route for the fare. We tell you this openly in the assessment.
