About Us
UcusIptal.com pursues compensation from airlines for passengers whose flight was cancelled, arrived more than 3 hours late or who were denied boarding because of overbooking. We handle claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC 261) and Turkey's Regulation on the Rights of Air Passengers (SHY-Passenger).

What we do
- We check free of charge whether your flight qualifies and tell you within 48 hours.
- We file a claim with the airline, backed by flight data and the applicable regulation.
- If the airline refuses, we take the case to the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM), a consumer arbitration committee or court on your behalf.
- Once the airline pays, the compensation is transferred to your account.
Fees
Applying, assessment and follow-up are free. Our fee is charged only when compensation is collected, as the percentage of the collected amount stated in the agreement. If the claim goes to court the rate stays the same; court costs and lawyers' fees are our risk. If no compensation is obtained, you pay nothing. Read the agreement in our terms and conditions.
Legal basis
- Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 — applies to every flight departing from the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the UK, and to flights arriving in the EU on an EU airline.
- SHY-Passenger (Official Gazette of Turkey, 3 December 2011, No. 28131) — applies to flights departing from Turkey and to flights arriving in Turkey on a Turkish airline.
Our guides are based on these regulations. If you spot a mistake, write to info@ucusiptal.com and we will correct it.
