You may be entitled to compensation if your flight was cancelled, delayed by more than 3 hours, you were denied boarding (overbooking), or you missed a connecting flight. Your rights are protected under EC Regulation 261/2004.
The compensation amount depends on the flight distance:\n• Domestic flights: €100\n• Up to 1,500 km: €250\n• 1,500–3,500 km: €400\n• Over 3,500 km: €600
Submitting your application takes only 5 minutes. Depending on the airline, the compensation process usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks. We keep you informed throughout the entire process.
We charge a service fee only for successful claims. If no compensation is obtained, you pay nothing. Our fee is 25% of the received compensation plus VAT.
